Multilayer cutting conveyors are used on poultry farms and meat processing factories for the transportation of product parts (parts of the chicken and whole chicken, half-chicken and quarters) to the work desks deboning and trimming. To perform these operations in a continuous process are used belt conveyors or modular conveyors and special cutting desks from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene. During the processing of the meat along one half of the conveyor are located tables for deboning meat, along the other - tables for trimming.

Usually, cutting conveyors are made a three-layer: lower layer for removing processed meat products in boxes, medium - for giving meat to work desks, the top - for giving of empty trays to the work desks.
Deboning and trimming meat conveyor
The advantage of its use is the maximum automation and optimization of production, increase staff productivity, strict accounting of incoming raw materials and product after the cutting. For conveyor deboning and trimming meat is used belt PVC or plastic modular belt.
For two-layer conveyors the upper belt is for transporting parts of meat and bones obtained after deboning; the lower serves for trimmed meat. Bones are discharged at the end of conveyor in boxes for sawing or crushing.
